Société Générale Welcomes Laura Barlow to its Board of Directors
On July 30, 2025, the Board of Directors at Société Générale approved the appointment of Laura Barlow as a new board member, effective September 1, 2025. This decision follows the departure of Béatrice Cossa-Dumurgier, whose term was set to conclude in 2026. The annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled for May 27, 2026, will be invited to confirm this appointment.

Laura Barlow brings a strong background in banking, having held key roles at NatWest Group (formerly RBS) and Barclays. Her extensive experience includes leadership in restructuring and sustainable development, which aligns with Société Générale’s strategic priorities and commitment to responsible investment and business practices.
Barlow has fulfilled all regulatory declarations regarding conflict of interest and criminal records, as specified in the Universal Registration Document filed with the French financial market authority (AMF) on March 12, 2025.
